Abstract

In Morocco, women's cooperatives play a crucial economic role, especially in rural areas, by providing employment and income opportunities. The integration of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) has the potential to further enhance these cooperatives by improving online sales, platform maintenance, and customer satisfaction. This study investigates the impact of ICTs on women's cooperatives, focusing on success factors for development and empowerment. A survey of 37 cooperatives across various Moroccan regions highlights the diversity in ICT adoption and underscores the need for specific training and support. The findings suggest that tailored policies and programs are essential to fully leverage ICT benefits for these cooperatives.
